For players who are new or returning to Tennis looking to gain the skills to rally, serve and begin to play points. Using full yellow Tennis balls on standard sized Tennis courts. Sessions are designed to engage players with activities, drills and games in a safe and fun environment to help build players confidence and competence in the following areas of their Tennis; Forehands, Backhands, Serve, Return, Volleys, Tactics, Mental skills, Physical development and Match Play.
