LTA Tennis Foundation – The Tennis Charity Challenge – Give. Set. Match.

Full Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions of entry carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted them.

  1. Promoter: LTA Tennis Foundation, a charity registered in England with registered charity number 1148421, and having its registered office at Lawn Tennis Association National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, London, SW15 5JQ (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
  2. Promotional Period: Opens at 09:00 on 1 May 2025 and closes at 17:00 on 30 September 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

Following this, the tennis clubs have until 10 October 2025 to inform the Promoter of the winner(s) of their organised club tournaments, who will then be entered into the individual prize draw. For more information, please see the entry details at Clause 4 below.

3. Eligibility:

(a) This promotion is open to all UK tennis clubs and their members, except:

(i) any employee or worker of the Lawn Tennis Association Limited and any of its subsidiary or holding companies (including but not limited to the LTA Tennis Foundation and LTA Services Limited);

(ii) any agents or representatives of the same;

(iii) anyone professionally connected with the promotion; and

(iv) the immediate family members of (i), (ii) and (iii).

 (b) Any club entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. Tournament winners to be included in the individual prize draw must be notified to the Promoter by the club no later than 10 October 2025.

 (c) A maximum of:

(i) 1 entry per tennis club is permitted to the Club Draw (as defined below); and

(ii) 2 winners per tennis club are permitted to the Individual Draw (as defined below).

Repeated entries over the maximum number of entries will be disregarded at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

4. To Enter:

(a) Register your tennis club to host a tournament via Give.Set.Match at https://fs18.formsite.com/ltaadmin/p0l9dzlsnx/index during the Promotional Period;

(b) Organise fundraising activities with your club to raise money for the LTA Tennis Foundation;

(c) Host an internal tournament at your club, setting your own rules and requirements (e.g. a singles or doubles tournament) before 30 September 2025;

(d) Submit the name(s) of your tournament winner(s) – whether it’s an individual or a doubles team – to us by no later than 10 October 2025; and

(e) Donate the proceeds of your fundraising activities to the Promoter.

By registering and hosting an internal tournament at your tennis club, your club will automatically be entered into a club prize draw (the “Club Draw”). The winner(s) of your tournament (once notified to us) will be entered into the individual prize draw (the “Individual Draw”). If you opt to host a doubles tournament as part of the promotion requirements, both members of the doubles team will be both entered separately into the Individual Draw.

Subject to the entry criteria above, the prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

Entrants must not use a false name or e-mail address or provide any false information when registering for the promotion. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request and gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.

The Promoter may at its entire discretion refuse, remove, or suspend participation of entrants in the promotion at any time, for any reason. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof that they are eligible.

5. Prizes: There will be two winners from all entries – one tennis club that entered the promotion and one individual who won their club’s organised tournament.

 One tennis club from all entries will win:

  • A group masterclass at the National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London, SW15 5JQ, with the LTA performance team with lunch included for 10 club members; and
  • 10 pairs of tickets for Centre Court for the 2026 HSBC Queen’s Championships (5 pairs of tickets for the Women’s WTA event and 5 pairs of tickets for the men’s ATP event).

(together, the “Club Prize”)

One individual from all club tournament winners will win:

  • A group masterclass at the National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London, SW15 5JQ, lunch included, with the LTA performance team (for a maximum of 8 players);
  • 2 x hospitality tickets within the LTA Suite for the first Monday of Wimbledon 2026;
  • 2 x Centre Court tickets to next year’s HSBC Queen’s Championships 2026 (first week - Women’s Tennis Association week);
  • New tennis equipment and sports clothing for 2 players only (worth up to the value of £500 per player); and
  • 2 x new tennis rackets (worth up to the value of £100 each).

(together, the “Individual Prize”)

The Club Prize and the Individual Prize are together referred to as the “Prizes”, and each a “Prize”.

The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised Prizes (in whole or in part), the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Prizes with an alternative of equal or higher value (in whole or in part).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes do not include travel/transportation costs, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, insurance, maintenance, tax or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winners.

Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying any part of the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prizes if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies/representatives associated with the Prizes or if a winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

 The Promoter is not responsible for any use or failure to use the tickets to the HSBC Championships 2026 or Wimbledon 2026 by the winner. The winner is encouraged to review and adhere to: (i) the ticket terms and conditions of Wimbledon 2026 once they are released; and (ii)  the LTA Events Ticket Terms and Conditions at: https://www.lta.org.uk/fan-zone/ticketing-information/ticket-terms-and-conditions/; and raise any issues with the LTA Customer Support Centre or the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited (as appropriate) directly.

6. Winner selection: Both winners (a club and an individual) will be drawn by us at random on 31 October 2025. The club winner will be drawn from all valid entries received throughout the Promotional Period. The individual winner will be drawn from all tournament winners notified to us by the participating clubs.

7. Winner notification:

We will notify the winners by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) on the day of the prize draws (31 October 2025). Entrants are asked to check for updates and notifications to their email account. For the Individual Prize, the winner will be notified through the participating tennis club.

The tennis club will be asked to claim the Prize(s) by responding to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified of their win or the win of an Individual Prize by a tournament winner from their club. The winners may be required to provide proof of identity, and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter to validate their eligibility for the Prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Prize the participating club.

In the event that the club does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and award the Prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. If, after approaching a reserve winner, the Promoter has failed to allocate the Prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserve winner and shall be entitled to withdraw the Prize and/or allocate it as the Promoter sees fit.

8. Prize delivery: The tennis racket, sports equipment and sports clothing elements of the Prizes will be delivered to the UK address provided by the club within 60 days of the club claiming the Prize.

The event tickets will be provided by the Promoter nearer to the relevant date, once they become available.

The masterclass elements of the Prizes will be mutually arranged and scheduled by the Promoter and the relevant winners, ensuring a convenient date for both parties within 12 months from the date the winners are notified.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.

9. Data controller: LTA Tennis Foundation. Your contact information will only be used and shared for the purpose of administering this promotion unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. For our Privacy Policy, see: https://www.lta.org.uk/what-we-do/lta-tennis-foundation/privacy-notice/. The details you submit must be true and up-to-date. We may also share your details with any third party helping us with the promotion (e.g. our marketing agencies).

10. The winners’ names may be used by us to name the winners. The winners’ surnames and county of residence will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: LTA Tennis Foundation, Fundraising Department, 100 Priory Lane, London, SW15 5JQ, within 3 months of the respective closing date. If you wish to object to your surname and county of residence being made available, or request that we reduce the amount of information being made available, you must notify us either at the time you enter the promotion or when we contact you about your Prize. Please note that even if you do raise such an objection or request, we may still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulatory bodies if they request it. If your details change during the promotion, it is your responsibility to notify us otherwise you may miss out on the Prize.

11. You must submit your own entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk, trade, group or third-party entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted using automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable a person to enter repeatedly will not be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize award will be void.

12. We may carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to enter and/or to receive the Prize (including requesting proof of ID (e.g. a current passport or driver’s licence), or proof of address (e.g. a recent utility bill)).

13. We will have no responsibility for, and will not accept, any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted (including as a result of postal delays, technical issues with your mobile tablet, computer or connectivity, or technical issues).

14. We reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or an individual aspect of a Prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control. Winners may not transfer the right to accept their Prize to another person without our consent. We will not offer cash alternatives to any Prize. Prizes are not negotiable and non-refundable.

15. Winners are responsible for any tax liability they incur as a result of accepting the Prize. Winners are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before accepting a Prize if the tax implications concern them.

16. We may, at our sole discretion, arrange for an alternative winner to be selected on the same basis as the original winner if: (i) the original winner fails to take any of the steps necessary to claim their Prize as set out in these terms; (ii) we are unable to contact the original winner having made reasonable efforts to do so; (iii) the original winner fails any verification or eligibility checks; (iv) the original winner is disqualified in accordance with the promotion terms; or (v) the original winner is unable to accept their Prize for any reason.

17. We reserve the right to disqualify you if you fail our verification checks or we reasonably believe that you have: (i) breached any of the promotion terms; (ii) cheated or jeopardised the operation or integrity of the promotion; or (iii) gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair methods.

18. We reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control (including where technical issues are affecting the proper running of the promotion or where we suspect fraud).

19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, injury or damage which: (i) you suffer by entering the promotion; or (ii) you or your guest suffer in the enjoyment of any Prize. However, nothing will exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by us.

20. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control the Promoter’s website (as with any website) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

21. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the promotion, including taking part in promotional videos and/or photoshoots to be shared via the Promoter’s social media channels. Participation in any such publicity is at the winners’ discretion and is not a condition of enjoying the prize.

22. Our decision in relation to all matters relating to our promotions will be final.

23. Each of the promotion terms is separate from the others. This means that if any promotion term is held to be invalid then it will be deleted but the remaining promotion terms will continue to apply.

24. If there is a discrepancy between these promotion terms and those in any promotional material, these promotion terms will prevail.

25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any other parties. By entering, entrants agree to release any and all of the non-affiliated parties from any and all liability in connection with the promotion.

26. The promotion terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and their interpretation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
