If you were successful in the ballot, you will have been able to purchase one pair of tickets.

You could've purchased one pair per ballot you were successful in. Thus, if you were successful in two ballot you could've purchase two pairs of tickets.

The ticket sale has now closed and all tickets in the LTA Ballot have been sold.
