If your venue was registered in the previous year, then you are insured from the period 1st October – 31st December of the new registration year until you find time to renew your registration.

If your venue does not renew by the 31^st December deadline, we assume you are not renewing your registration and insurance cover will have effectively lapsed on 30 September (the end of the last registration year), leaving you liable for any claims made from 1st October onwards.
