How do I notify participants if the session needs to be cancelled?

Barclays Free Park Tennis (FPT) is designed to be delivered by a minimum of 2 Activators. If a session needs to be cancelled for any reason, an e-mail and a text message should be sent to the person who has booked a session. The Operator will determine who is responsible for the process of sending the cancellation message.
