The target locations will be reviewed on a regular basis to reflect (amongst other factors):

• Emerging strategic housing developments that are approved and may alter the original demographic assumptions in a given target location.
• The expansion of existing tennis facilities in a given target location that may impact the original demographic assumptions.
• The development of new tennis and sports facilities, not included or known about in the original demographic review.
