Yes - If you are eligible for two categories you can choose which category you wish to compete in but it is not possible to compete in both the men’s and the women’s categories of Specified Competition at the same time.  Once you have been competing in one category and then choose to compete in the other category, it is not possible to go back to the first category until a period of two years has passed, even if you are eligible under the rest of the Policy’s provisions.
