The Policy primarily sets out the rules which apply to trans and non-binary individuals’ participation in competitive tennis activity but there are also obligations on others, however they identify, including those who organise competitions.  The Guidance also makes clear that everyone has a responsibility to make LTA Registered Venues safe and inclusive places.  It applies to both adults and children/young people.
