What would happen if my exchange is for a ticket that is a different price then I originally spent?

Customers would have to pay the difference for the new ticket. Customers can pay this with a credit or debit card or with customer credit on their account.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds on exchanges where you exchange for a cheaper ticket. Customers forfeit this money.
