What are the Acceptance and Seeding criteria for Grade 6 and 7 competitions?

Grade 6 and 7 competitions don't have to follow the same Acceptance criteria as other graded competitions. Acceptance for matchplays is at the organisers discretion and can be done on a first come, first served basis or based on rating.
