Before a Round has Launched:

1. Navigate to the Round page in the app and click 'withdraw'

2. Send us an email via the enquiry form below to request a refund (incurs a £2.50 admin charge)

After a Round has Launched:

To withdraw from a Round that has already launched, send us an email via the enquiry form below requesting to be withdrawn. Once we withdraw you from the Round you cannot be added in again. Refunds, coupons and transfers are not given out once a Round has started, for any reason, even if you haven't played any matches
