What should I do if I am struggling to upload my Prime Video LTA Youth Girl Course?

- Firstly, check on a coach’s ClubSpark in the admin area that the coach code is on the account.
- Click on ‘edit contact’ and scroll down to roles, coach will need to be ticked and type in the coach code before clicking save. This will enable the Prime Video certification and sometimes needs an update.
