Should you have an issue with LTA Learn when you have signed up to an online CPD course, which may include one of the following:  

• I cannot access my course
• I am having issues with the work in LTA Learn
• The work I have completed is not saving
• My grade / result has not been updated on my LTA Learn account

If the above applies, please try and access the course via different browser or device. Clearing your cache could help resolve the issue.
