If you have booked onto a face-to-face workshop, the process to follow will depend on the Coach Development Centre (CDC). Please follow these steps: 

• For workshops delivered by Exeter, Growing the Game, or Rocket Padel: get in touch with the Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form.  

• For workshops delivered by any other Coach Development Centre: contact their respective CDC directly to cancel your place. You can find information and contact details for all CDCs here. 

If your course is not a face-to-face workshop and you have booked it on the LTA website, then please get in touch with the Customer Support Team via the Contact Us form.
