You can apply through the Independent Learning journey. This form contains a series of questions regarding the learning activity you just completed, such as course provider details, date and duration of the event; additionally, you will be asked to reflect on your learnings.  

Note: If you engaged with a formal activity (e.g. on-court workshop), you will also be asked for evidence of the course.
