Badges are unlocked in different ways:

• Badges for lifetime CPD hours are unlocked using your CPD credits. To unlock more of these badges, you can book onto a course, submit independent learning, or watch a webinar. Use the LTA's CPD and Learning page to find out about all of the learning opportunities available to you.
  
  
• Badges for years of membership are unlocked over time. To unlock more, simply keep up to date with renewing your Coach Accreditation or Coach Accreditation+.
  
  
• Badges for Coach of the Year, being an LTA Coach Mentor or being an LTA Coach Tutor are awarded by the LTA as and when you achieve these milestones.
