We’ve partnered with Visual Reality to develop a new Results Manager tool, to help Organisers, Officials and Coaches easily record results when running internal competitions.
You can submit results directly to the Competition Management System from your mobile, which will immediately appear on all Players’ profiles within the system and will feed through to the ITF World Tennis Number.
Access Results Manager
To access the Results League Manager – please use the Application Form below to request access.
Apply for a Results Manager Access
If you already have Results Manager access set up no new application is required – just log in to the Competition Management System and select the Results Manager option on the left side of the Home screen.

Submitting Results
Please note that submitting false results is a serious offence.
Results Manager users are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity; any transgressions will be taken very seriously and be referred to the LTA Disciplinary Panel.

You can submit results directly to the Competition Management System from your mobile, which will immediately appear on all Players’ profiles within the system and will feed through to the ITF World Tennis Number.
Accessing Box League Manager
Box League Manager and Results Manager are both tools to help running internal club competitions and can be accessed through one application.
To access the Box League Manager – please use the Application Form below to request access.

Once the Box League Manager access is set up log into the Competition Management System and select the Box League Manager option on the left side of the Home screen.

Tennis Tournament Planner (TTP) supports competition organisers and referees in planning and delivering their tournaments whether that may be an internal club tournament, one day event or a large weeklong tournament. TTP enables organisers to manage entry lists, make draws and schedule the tournament all at the click of a few buttons.

Quick Guide to TTP Draw Stages
League Planner (LP) is ideal for those organisers running tennis leagues, making the management of entries, schedules and draws, simple.
You can also convert your files into an online league – allowing team captains to enter their own results with ease.

The LP software is continually being developed so it is important to check that you are using the latest version.

Run a League
Once you have your LP licence you can apply to run a league by completing the league application form.
Your league will be set up within 10 working days so wait until you’ve received confirmation that this has been set up before working on your file.
Convert a League
Once you have published your LP file to the Competition Management System you can apply to have your league converted to an online league.
Team captains can then enter the results online, by completing the League Planner Conversion Form.
Converting your league costs £1.95 per team + VAT – which will be invoiced as part of the conversion process – and can take up to five working days to convert.

The LTA Competitions Team have considered feedback from players, parents, competition organisers and officials and invested in creating this new system that provides the best possible user experience.
Online League Planner is available to all LTA organisers running tennis leagues and is ideal in supporting organisers with all areas of administration for their league including easy management of entries, schedules, draws and result entry. Online League Planner allows league tasks to be completed quickly and efficiently using one online platform.
