We are looking for a talented coach to join our enthusiastic Coaching Team. The main focus of the role will be to deliver good quality coaching within our comprehensive junior programme, which ranges from LTA Youth Blue sessions to our academy players.

The successful candidate will be able to work across all areas including LTA Youth, Schools, Adults, Camps and our Academy section and form a role that best suits them.

The candidate would have access to a membership of over 400, therefore providing plenty of individual lesson opportunities on top of group coaching. We have many enquiries so the coach should fill hours in no time.

The incoming coach would be able to take a leading role if appropriate and is expected to help the team shape the future of the coaching program.

Leatherhead Tennis Club is based in the heart of Surrey with access to over 400 members as well as non-members within the coaching program on top of that.

There are 6 outdoor artificial clay courts, 5 of which are floodlit with 2 courts to be resurfaced and further plans for upgrading club facilities.

The club has a garden area and a furnished clubhouse which has a bar, kitchen and TV for off court hours to relax in.

The Coaching Team provide high quality coaching to all players and set a clear pathway for player development whatever their standard.

We want all coached sessions to be engaging and active, to create the best possible learning environment for all players.

We are particularly looking for a coach to help build and run the new Academy section of the program if appropriate.
