The timetable of predominantly individual lessons is available from September 2024 and we are looking for someone to start ASAP but can work around your notice period.

You will benefit from employed status and there currently around 30 hours of coaching available. We are very accommodating with regards to fitting these hours in with most coaches working 4 or 5 days per week in term time.

Casual hours on a zero hours basis.

St Mary School campus is home to St Mary’s Calne, St Margaret’s Preparatory School and the St Mary’s School Sports Club.

Both schools are recognised leaders in the field independent education, and the Sports Club is open to students, staff and the wider community on a membership basis. The School runs the St Mary’s Calne Tennis Academy (SMCTA), directed by our Master Level 5 Head Coach, Jonathan Hayes.

We have 12 Astro courts in the Summer, 7 hard courts for the entire year which 4 are floodlit, and a bespoke artificial clay court all year round.

A coaching office overlooks the hard courts with access to computers, TV and heating.

Organised, punctual, presentable and able to work as a team.

You will need to able to demonstrate technical and tactical development with your players once you join and delivery should be fun, enthusiastic and professional at all times.
