The job will be working 5/6 days a week during term time and include a minimum of 24 hours. There is the scope to build more through individual sessions. There will also be 6 weeks of camps coaching included within the job; Feb HT, Easter (1 week), May HT, Summer (2 weeks) and October HT.

The coach applying for this job should be able to drive due to the multi-venue nature of the job, however this is not essential.

Part of this job will be solo coaching, with other parts working as part of a team, we have other coaches working at the venues already. The main responsibility will be to develop current club cultures, develop new coaching programmes and work with local schools to increase our engagement.

Kinetic Tennis is a multi-venue coaching setup based in Leeds and Bradford. We are looking to grow and expand our outreach but are in need of new staff members.

We have several fully operational coaching programmes and others needing someone to kick start them. Furthermore, we also have a fully functional shop, which staff members are able to take advantage of discounts and commissions, and potential for even sponsorship. Finally, we are also in the process of setting up our own charity (Kinetic Tennis Foundation) to help supply tennis for FREE to various chronic illness' and disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be competent working with various abilities of players, ranging from young children through to the competitive player. They should show great levels of enthusiasm and knowledge for tennis and infuse this passion into the clients you teach.
