MPTC - Full Time Tennis Coach
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven tennis coach to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be taking over from an existing coach, inheriting 20-25 hours of group coaching and if you are a level 3 coach 10-15 hours of individual lessons each week. The position offers 30-40 hours of work per week, with the potential to earn a competitive income based on your commitment and performance. You will be primarily at Broomhall Park, Sunningdale (Berkshire and Surrey) but will be required to work in other local venues.
Founded in 2018, Match Point Tennis Coaching is a leading provider of tennis programs across four clubs in Berkshire and Surrey. We also maintain strong partnerships with local schools and offer exclusive coaching services at a 5-star hotel and private residences.
Key Details:
- Schedule: You will work from Saturday to Wednesday, with Thursdays and Fridays as your days off. However, there is ample opportunity to take on additional hours if you wish.
- Primary Venue: Broomhall Park, Sunningdale, which features three newly resurfaced courts in Tiger Turf Pro.
- Probation Period: Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to assist in expanding our programmes to two additional venues, with a profit share of 25%.

- You'll receive a paid salary for group coaching throughout the entire year, along with 7 weeks of paid holiday. We ensure that the coach is compensated for all 12 months, even during periods when group sessions are not in operation.

\nRequirements:
- A strong passion for tennis coaching and developing players of all ages and skill levels
- LTA Level 3 Coach but will consider a Level 2 Coach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in various coaching environments
- A valid driving license and access to a car (essential)
