We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic level 3 or 4 head coach to lead our coaching programmes (strong level 2s close to level 3 accreditation might be considered). The role includes assisting across a range of group coaching sessions, including; Tots, Reds, Oranges, Greens, juniors, adults and schools, as well as opportunities for private lessons with players at our club too. Our head coach must be well organised, punctual, engaging and able to deliver high quality coaching. The position is a self employed role, with an anticipated 25 hours per week of group coaching in the clay court season and 5 hours per week during the inter season. We also offer camps during summer and autumn. We expect the coach to support coaching of local school children, lead on organising (with parent volunteers) junior teams, and help to promote our Club in general, including participation in our annual Open Day in April.

Falcon Tennis and Bowling Club is a picturesque clay court facility located in Morningside, Edinburgh. We have three outdoor courts, a bowling green, garden and club house. We are a friendly, social and family oriented club with 285 members, including 187 tennis members. Our coaching operates at the Club from April to October and indoors from October to March. Group and private coaching is provided for all ages and abilities. We have strong links to the local community and support local schools with coaching.
