Are you passionate about tennis and dedicated to nurturing talent across all age groups? Cross Court Tennis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Tennis Coach to lead our development programs, working with both grassroots levels and adult players, and inspire the next generation of champions.
**Position: Head of Development**
**Location:** Seaford & Blatchington Tennis Club
**Role and Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee all player development programs, from grassroots to adult tennis.
- Design and implement innovative training plans to enhance player performance across all age groups.
- Conduct regular assessments to track player progress and adjust training strategies.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for all players.
- Develop and coordinate community outreach programs to promote tennis at the grassroots level.
**Requirements:**
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs for both juniors and adults.
- A passion for tennis and a dedication to developing talent at all levels.
- Relevant coaching certifications.

We have 7 floodlit all weather tennis courts (4 porous hard and 3 artificial clay) and a spacious club house.
Ideally a level 3 accredited+ coach.
Lower level coaches with aspiration to achieve level 3 status will be considered.
