Assistant Head Tennis Coach
Steep Lawn Tennis Club is looking for a established & enthusiastic Tennis Coach to join the clubs expanding programme.
The role is a senior position at the club, working closely with the director of tennis. Due to the success of the programme, we now require a tennis coach to develop the programme further.
The current programme at the club is full time with a thriving club, schools, holiday camp and performance program with the successful candidate freedom to take the lead in any of these divisions.
The role would initially compromise of 15~ hours of group coaching. We have a waiting list on individual lessons which would add to these hours. For the right candidate, a monthly retainer would be offered in return for club coaching hours.
With the package offered, the role has a big earning potential.
Steep LTC is a beautiful outdoor 8 court (2 artificial clay 6 hard) club situated in the village of Steep close to the sought after town of Petersfield. A fully equipped clubhouse with a hitting wall.
All the courts are floodlit with new LED lighting which gives us play all year. The club is committee led with a supportive and proggressive approach with the right candidate receiving support in their CPD developments.
We have a healthy membership base with over 12 adult teams, a thriving junior section with lots of demand for lessons!
