The role will involve coaching in the delivery of coaching for both Junior and Adults of all ages and experience. You will also deliver and evaluate tennis lessons (following the LTA teaching progressions and guidelines).

Key Experiences and Qualifications

Hold a current Lawn Tennis Association Level 3 Qualification.

Hold Current LTA Accreditation.

Possess a knowledge of the LTA Youth development pathway and competition environments.

Hold Current Emergency First aid Certificate.

Hold Current Safeguarding Certificate.

LTA Youth Training.

LTA Youth Start Training.

Experience of interacting with adults and young people and young people in a busy customer service environment.

Experience of assisting within a Tennis Programme or Tennis Event.

Experience of event and competition organisation.

Experience of working in a Tennis Environment and coaching team.
