We are looking to recruit a qualified, skilled Tennis Head Coach to lead one of our programmes. The role will be based at St Ignatius College in London and will include planning and delivering a comprehensive high-quality coaching and mentoring programme. Our programmes typically include a combination of non-curricular breakfast, lunch and after-school coaching sessions, one to one or small groups sessions (where agreed with the school) and develop regular competitive opportunities for all players. You will also be required to deliver half term and holiday camps during the school holidays.

As a coach you will also work closely with the Impact Team to collect high-quality data to demonstrate the effectiveness of what we do and to quantify the difference we make to our young people. Data is collected at designated times throughout the year and includes; case studies, questionnaires, skills and fitness testing. Our coaches also regularly review the young peoples' progress and set targets for their future development.

To be considered for this role you must hold a LTA Tennis Coach Level 3 (or equivalent) coaching qualification and have experience of successfully delivering and managing top quality tennis programmes for children and young people in a school, community or sports club setting. You will also demonstrate strong mentoring skills and experience, as well as being a confident and capable IT user with excellent administrative and organisational skills needed to effectively plan and manage the programme and capture all relevant data in a timely manner.
