A self driven, highly motivated Coach/Head Coach that is looking for the opportunity and venue to realise their potential.
A coach that is committed to promoting tennis at the club and within the wider community with sessions and programmes for all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities will include Coaching & Player development, Programme, Course and Holiday Camp Management, Marketing & Promotion of Coach Led Events Member & Community attraction & engagement in tennis activities.

The role is on a self employed basis with a (LTA guided) contract.

HLTC has existed for around 150 years. Its currently location is in Granville Avenue, a residential area in the central part of the town.
We have 5 hard courts (replaced 2019) 2 with floodlights. In addition there is 1 acrylic court that is suitable for mini tennis, pickleball and summer usage.
We have a well provisioned clubhouse.
Post COVID our membership has been steady at around 110 people.
A high proportion of our members play all year round and we enter teams into the Cleveland Summer, Autumn, Vets & Winter leagues to offer competitive play throughout the year.

Our ideal candidate should have the appropriate qualifications and accreditations to start immediately.

Key skills we believe are required for our coach to provide a welcoming, supportive & developing environment to junior & adult beginners, intermediates and club players in group & individual sessions and into the wider community.
