Tennis Coaches


Seeing Part Time or Full Time Coaches.
We are looking for coaches who can work in the following areas:
Camberley (Surrey)
Margate/Ramsgate/Broadstairs (Thanet),
Luton (Head of Luton Parks)
Hampshire
Shephalbury Parkl (Stevenage, Hertfordshire)
Wallingford/Didcot (South Oxfordshire)
Newbury
Swindon
Stafford (Staffordshire)
Key Responsibilities:
On-Court Delivery:
Conduct engaging and dynamic tennis coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels.
Deliver group and individual coaching sessions, including LTA Youth Start, Tennis Express, Adult Sessions, and Cardio Tennis.
Develop and maintain school/club links to enhance community outreach and participation.
Personal Coaching Business:
Opportunity to build and manage a personal coaching business, supplementing income through individual coaching on a self-employed basis.
Participate in marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing players.
Hours & Compensation:
Full-time and part-time roles available, with flexible working hours to accommodate individual coaching sessions.
Competitive salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
Additional income potential from personal coaching, competitions, camps, and community events.

On-Court:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accredited LTA Coach.
Ability to tailor sessions to cater to a range of skill levels, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of all participants by adhering to safeguarding policies and promoting a positive and inclusive sporting environment.
Off-Court Responsibilities:
Strong planning skills to develop and execute long-term visions for programme growth.
Ability to engage with management, schools, parents, and community groups.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve.
General Skills and Qualities:
A dedication to personal and professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends in tennis coaching, sports management, and customer service.
