Tennis Coach
As the Lead Tennis Coach, you'll deliver fun and dynamic sessions both at our excellent facilities and within local schools. You'll play a key role in encouraging participation across diverse groups, including young people, families, and vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and lead engaging tennis sessions to help participants build confidence and improve skills.
•Deliver fun, inclusive sessions in schools and community settings.
•Encourage participation through public court programmes for all abilities.
•Manage session logistics, including health and safety checks, participant registrations, and feedback collection.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek individuals who share our passion for promoting health and wellbeing through sport. Ideal candidates will have:
•A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
•An LTA Level 2 qualification or higher in Tennis (or equivalent).
•Up-to-date safeguarding and emergency first aid certifications (from the past 3 years).
•Experience delivering activities in various settings (e.g., schools, leisure centres, community venues).
•Strong communication and time management skills.
•Flexibility to work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
•A full driving licence (preferred) and be 18 years or older.
