Key Responsibilities are:
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced.
- Develop and implement coaching programmes in line with LTA guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate and engage with a team of club coaches, ensuring consistent delivery of coaching standards.
- Organise and oversee club tournaments, events, and competitions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and sportsmanship.
- Engage with club members and the local community to promote tennis and increase membership.
- Ensure all coaching activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- LTA Level 3 (or higher) Accredited+ Coach qualification.
- Proven experience in coaching tennis to a range of age groups and skill levels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate players and coaches alike.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Current DBS check and First Aid certification.
