We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tennis Coach to help take on our coaching programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of tennis at Go Tennis, with the freedom to implement your own vision and expertise.

Programme development and delivery:
- Implement, and deliver a comprehensive coaching programme catering to all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced players.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective group coaching sessions for juniors and adults.
- Provide high-quality individual (1:1) coaching sessions tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Organise and help run popular and engaging school holiday tennis camps.
- Create and manage a structured pathway for junior development, fostering a pipeline of talented players.
- Promote and encourage participation in club competitions and events.
Club Engagement:
- Actively engage with club members, building positive relationships and fostering a strong sense of community.
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to players.
- Contribute to the promotion of the club and its coaching programme.
- Ensure all coaching activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of player attendance and progress.

Go Tennis is a growing coaching business dedicated to delivering high-quality tennis programmes for juniors and adults. We aim to make tennis more accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for all players, from beginners to performance-level athletes. With thriving venues in Fernhurst and Grayshott, we are looking for a Coach to help us take our programme to the next level and help scale the business.

LTA Level 2 or above (or working towards Level 3).
Experience of delivering engaging, high-quality coaching sessions.
Experience managing coaching programmes and developing player pathways.
Ambition to grow and with a coaching business.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A passion for making tennis fun and accessible to all players.
LTA Accreditation with a DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding certification (or willingness to obtain).
