We are offering an exciting opportunity for a high level tournament player to join our 3-year tennis coaching apprenticeship program. This is a full-time salaried role designed for someone who wants to start a career in tennis coaching instead of perhaps pursuing university education. By the end of the program, you will be an experienced, skilled, and fully qualified LTA Level 3 Coach ready to excel in the tennis industry.

YOUR JOURNEY ...

Year 1:

LTA Level 1 Coaching Qualification.
LTA Competition Organiser Qualification.
First aid training.
On-court coaching experience (both group and individual lessons).

Year 2:

LTA Level 2 Coaching Qualification.
LTA Referee Qualification.
Increased coaching responsibilities, including managing junior programs.

Year 3:

LTA Level 3 Coaching Qualification.
Hands-on experience in delivering performance and recreational coaching.
Organising and running community events and tournaments.
