Tennis Coach
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic coach to join us at a fantastic club in South West London.
The role would include delivering mini tennis sessions, junior groups and some adult and advanced junior coaching.
Individual lessons would also be available for the coach, with a large membership base to work from.
During the holidays, the coach can run training camps for our players and non members, and run competitions alongside their regular coaching.
Alongside the coaching the coach could earn more income through the new competition program, which they can take a lead on and get their hourly rate along with a profit share on top. We also offer racket stringing for our members which the coach could also take on.
TennisLife run the coaching at Sheen LT&SC which is an 8 court club in South West London.
The coaching program runs all year round, and the coach would have regular hours that are guaranteed to go ahead - giving a reliable income that is not heavily affected by the winter months.
The coaching team are heavily involved in the running of the whole tennis section, which has over 800 members.
The new coach would have no court fees to pay for any lessons, a sponsorship with a brand to provide coaching kit and rackets, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced coaches, including a level 5 coach and coach tutor.
The coach would have access to training and mentoring from the level 5 head coach to help them develop and progress their career in tennis.
We value a coach who will show real passion in delivering the coaching process across our program, who are professional in their appearance and behaviour and are great with their organisation and time keeping.
We would love to hear from coaches who want to be involved and invested in a great club environment, and those who love playing and hitting in during their lessons, to give our players and members the best possible experience.
We would be happy to take on strong level 2 coaches, and could offer support with further qualifications and mentoring
