Tennis Coach - Staffordshire

Passionate about growing grassroots participation in the game of tennis? We are looking for a coach, with the ability to support a coaching programme across multiple park sites in Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme, as part of a significant LTA investment in the facilities.
We are looking for applications with a minimum of an Accredited, Level 2 LTA qualification, as we know many Level 2 coaches would be ideal for this role. The project will involve opening tennis up to all areas of the community including disability specific, in school delivery of lessons, as well as an on court coaching programme.
We Do Tennis C.I.C. is dedicated to enhancing the tennis experience across the United Kingdom, focusing on both the development of players and the improvement of club/park operations and coaches. We are working with authorities in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme to increase tennis participation in their areas.
Here's how we see our mission and achievements:
Our Mission: At We Do Tennis, our aim is to make tennis accessible, enjoyable, and beneficial for everyone. We work diligently with tennis venues of all sizes to elevate coaching programs and streamline operations, ensuring that each venue can offer the best possible experience to its members.
Coaching Excellence: We pride ourselves on our coaching methodology that not only teaches the technical aspects of the game but also instills life skills in a fun and engaging environment. Our coaches are trained to foster an atmosphere where learning tennis is also about personal growth and enjoyment. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, our programs are tailored to meet your needs at every level.
Community and Club Support: We support venues by providing solutions to move their operations to the next level. Our focus isn't just on the game itself but on creating a supportive community around tennis. We offer a range of services from safeguarding courses to ensuring venues can develop sustainably and inclusively.
Inclusivity and Accessibility: We believe in making tennis a sport for all. Our initiatives are designed to be inclusive, ensuring that tennis is accessible to people from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and ages. We are committed to breaking down barriers to participation, promoting health, fitness, and social interaction through tennis.
Sustainability: As a Community Interest Company, our profits are reinvested into promoting tennis and community well-being. This commitment helps us grow the sport at the grassroots level, supporting local venues and initiatives that might otherwise struggle to thrive.
