Tennis Coach - East Anglia Tennis & Squash Club
Join East Anglia Tennis and Squash Club, the largest and most prestigious tennis club in East England, located in the heart of Norwich. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced tennis coach to work alongside our Head Coach and team, contributing to the development and delivery of a high-quality tennis program.
This role guarantees 20 hours of group coaching per week with opportunities to grow individual coaching hours and develop further group sessions, increasing earning potential. The position is designed to evolve into a full-time role with a core of 25+ group hours, supported by additional individual coaching.
You will have creative freedom to shape and expand the program while delivering a variety of sessions, including mini tennis, junior and adult group coaching, school outreach, and holiday camps. Key Responsibilities
Deliver 20+ hours of core group coaching weekly, covering sessions for mini tennis, juniors, adults, and school outreach.
Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop and grow a high-quality program catering to players of all ages and abilities.
Provide individual coaching sessions to supplement group coaching hours.
Plan, assess, and adapt sessions regularly to maintain program quality and ensure continued growth in participation and engagement.
Contribute to the delivery of holiday camps and tournaments on an ad hoc basis.
Optionally, mentor junior coaches and assist in their development.
Undertake additional duties as required by the coaching team and facility management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
LTA Level 2 Coaching Qualification or above (Level 3 or higher strongly preferred).
Proven experience delivering a range of tennis coaching sessions for various age groups and abilities.
Ability to travel to venues and a commitment to being present at all required sessions.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with players, parents, and colleagues.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing player experiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
