We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Tennis Coach to join our coaching team. You will help lead the coaching programmes across our Brook Green and Holland Park venue, driving the development of beginner to advanced players.

Weekly delivery will include mini tennis, junior and adult group coaching and school sessions, with additional opportunities for individual coaching hours. You will also have the opportunity to develop and expand group sessions, increasing earning potential. Additional opportunities are available for delivering holiday camps, tournaments and events on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities.
Help organise and run tournaments and community outreach events when required.
Lead and support assistant coaches to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.
Collaborate with the coaching team and club management to enhance the club’s tennis programmes.
Provide guidance on player development, fitness, and strategy.

Start Date: Immediate or flexible depending on candidate availability.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
LTA Level 3 Coaching Qualification or above
Experience in coaching players across various age groups and skill levels.
Familiarity with LTA initiatives and programmes is a plus.
