Pure Padel are offering the successful candidate the opportunity to build your own Padel Coaching Business from our venue in Darlington.

You will be self employed and responsible for gaining and maintaining your private client base, with the support of Pure Padel in the following ways:

-Academy Sessions to provide exposure to new clients (6 hours per week minimum commitment)
-Coaching for Corporate/Private Events (Paid at pre-set rate)
-Direct coaching leads from our website

Pure Padel Darlington will host 7 premium indoor courts accompanied by a Café & Pro Shop, changing rooms and business lounge. The club will boast an extensive Academy, with Intro to Padel sessions, Club Socials, Group coaching and Private events. All of which will be accessible by the successful candidate as Pure Padel looks to support and develop them into building a highly successful business.

Pure Padel Darlington is looking for a Padel Coach with the following qualities:

-Previous Coaching Experience (Both 1-1 and Group)
-Excellent customer service skills
-Time Management & Ability to work independently
-Passionate about bringing Padel to everyone & anyone
-DBS Check (Enhanced)
