Part-Time to Full-Time Experienced Coach at Conway LTC
This role offers an average of 10-12 group coaching hours per week, with the potential to add another 5-10 hours of individual lessons to start with. Our schedule includes a mix of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend sessions catering to both junior and adult players of all abilities. We are always looking to expand our coaching program, so there is scope for adding more hours in time.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the continuous delivery of a high-quality coaching program, including when the Head Coach is not able to be present at the club (she is a Level 4, with County and local performance training roles).
We are looking for a role model who can inspire our juniors and support our friendly coaching team on and off court, someone who is comfortable with becoming a big part of our club’s community.
Conway Tennis Club is a vibrant part of the local community, so the ideal candidate will be personable, engaging, and ready to assist members with any queries about the coaching program, the club, or tennis in general.
The club will be 100 years old in 2025, so you couldn’t be joinins us at a better time!
Minimum Level 3 LTA Qualification
• Will have high on-court energy and show enthusiasm for working with players of all ages and abilities
• Punctual in starting and finishing lessons + preparing in advance for lessons by having a plan and making sure they have all the equipment needed for back to back lessons
• Organized and self-sufficient
• Able to mentain a tidy coaching environment
• Willing to go the extra mile to help players improve at their own pace.
