Role Overview:
Purley Sports Club is seeking a dedicated full-time Padel Coach to join our dynamic coaching team. This role involves delivering high-quality coaching for players of all levels, developing structured programs, and promoting padel to grow club membership and engagement. Responsibilities include leading individual and group sessions, managing events, and enhancing the player experience with a focus on inclusivity and skill development.
Requirements: Padel coaching certification, experience coaching at a club level, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering an engaging sports environment.

Essential Requirements:
Qualifications: Recognised padel coaching qualification (e.g., LTA).
Experience: Proven experience coaching at a club level.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills, adaptable to a range of ages and skill levels.
Personal Qualities: Passionate about padel, community-focused, and committed to promoting an inclusive sports environment.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in organising tournaments or social events.
Knowledge of player development strategies.
