We are seeking a padel coach with a passion for teaching in a fun environment.

The coach must be well organised, punctual, engaging and above all, be able to deliver a consistently high quality on court product.

The position is a self employed role, with a guarantee of group hours and the opportunity to build a large 1-2-1 coaching business in addition, dependent on qualification.

Anyone who has attended, or plans to attend the Introduction to Padel Coaching will be considered. There is also opportunity to work in other areas of the business such as Tennis coaching or DL Kids.

Rates of pay will reflect qualification and coaching experience.

This brand new club will be opening its doors in early December! We will have 3 acrylic tennis courts in a double skin bubble, 3 badminton courts with pickleball and perfect for mini tennis blue and red lessons. In addition we have 3 state of the art floodlit outdoor Padel courts with their own purpose built social area.

Our facilities provide the perfect environment for a coach to earn a guaranteed income through the ability to establish a large clientele base for 1-2-1 coaching.

The premium club offers; spa retreat, gym, clubroom/restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, kids play area, studios and much more.

As a member of the coaching team the coach will have access to all club facilities.

The successful candidate will be LTA accredited coach with the ability to deliver at the highest standards. They will be able to engage both adults and children in a fun learning environment and have a 'can do' attitude to be an integral part of the team. They will be able to run fun and engaging Padel tasters and socials at exceptional levels.
