Responsibilities:

- Delivering exceptional tennis sessions across all ages and levels.

- Supporting junior players to progress as much as possible, as quick as possible, in a safe, injury free, and fun way.

- Supporting adult players to progress as much as possible, as quick as possible, in a safe, injury free, and fun way.


The role involves:

- Leading by example by delivering extremely high quality coaching sessions.

- Growing the program through high quality group coaching.

- Growing a one-to-one coaching business will be integral to your success.

David Lloyd Chigwell is one of the biggest clubs in the UK and Europe with approximately 9-10 thousand members.

We have a range of indoor racquet facilities (tennis, padel, badminton, table tennis, and pickleball) in addition to the state-of-the-art gym, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and innovative exercise classes.

We also have a lovely spa retreat, onsite creche, group and private coaching, personal training, and multiple events throughout the year across all activities.

What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

- LTA Level 4 or Level 5 tennis coach.
- LTA Youth Coach.
- Long term player development and performance squads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality.
- Being a top professional that we can rely at all times.
- Experience in a premium customer service environment.

We would consider applications from experienced LTA Level 4 coaches, and very experienced tennis coaches with a proven successful background in leading clubs across the world who are taking the LTA qualifications, and they are already settled in the UK with the right to work.
