Level 3 Coach or above -The Queen's Club Foundation
You will support The Queen's Club Foundation's on the QCF inclusive player pathway project.
Project will provide inclusive tennis coaching and development for children from community through to competition. Sessions will be mainly in Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea but also one weekly session at the Queen's Club. Phase one in the project will focus on wheelchair tennis and Para-Standing tennis.
Requirements:
- Saturday afternoon availability to deliver one squad session at the QC
- other one-off hours during the week
- Monday after-school junior sessions at Bishops Park if desired
Previous experience of wheelchair tennis and other inclusive SEND coaching is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for a coach who is able to run all sessions with high energy, so all participants are enabled to learn the basics, have fun on court and reach their potential.
All of our sessions are inclusive, and you will be expected to have the coaching skills to adapt to the group before you.
To be considered for the role you must be reliable, punctual and trustworthy with a friendly, positive and inclusive approach to coaching and working with people from all backgrounds. Willing to work with players of all ages and standards, you must be able to organise equipment and logistics effectively, including working with volunteers and assistants and helping them develop their coaching skills.
The Queen’s Club Foundation is the LTA Award winning official charity of The Queen’s Club. You will join our dedicated QCF coaching team delivering free and highly subsidised racket sports programmes in Hammersmith & Fulham and beyond with the goal of achieving an inclusive, healthy and engaged community.
We strive to make racket sports more inclusive and accessible, with the aim of serving the whole community and focus on under-served groups and communities. We currently run tennis and squash programmes at 3 park venues in Hammersmith & Fulham as well as at The Queen’s Club.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Excellent communicator and has a friendly personality that can motivate
others.
- Self-driven and has a love for the game.
- Passionate about inclusivity and community engagement.
- Organised and has the ability to work as part of a team and by yourself.
- Experienced in delivering Primary and Secondary school coaching and
working with SEND children.
