Level 3 Coach - Grayshott and Fernhurst Tennis Clubs
We would like a Level 3 coach to join our club and head up our coaching programme from 1st January 2025. Would also consider a Level 2 coach with experience.
This role would include running the junior and adult coaching as well as private 1-1 coaching at the club.
We also have links in local schools with after-school programmes. This would be approximately 22-25 hours a week of group coaching plus 1-1 coaching on top.
There is the opportunity to grow this into a full-time role and we will offer a bonus scheme for holiday camps etc. Looking for someone to get under the skin and grow with the business.
Historically we have had a number of regular (fixed) weekly coaching sessions for adults and juniors and we would like these to continue - the role can be as an employee with a fixed monthly salary or self-employed.
Group sessions include:
Junior tennis programme
Cardio tennis
Team/squad tactics and drills training
Tennis ‘camps’ during juniors’ school holidays
Topic specific small group coaching
Private one to one coaching (the coach would pay a small fee to the club for court rental).
