Full-time Tennis Coach - Australia
You will join our fantastic team of coaches in delivering our nationally acclaimed tennis coaching program to our customers. You will be involved in all aspects of our coaching program including groups, privates, working with Tennis Australia Hot Shot players, older juniors and adults (including Cardio Tennis). Hours will be 25-35 per week – mornings, afternoons and evenings including some weekend and before-school work.
Tennis Factory is one of the most respected tennis coaching businesses in Australia, with awards for coaching excellence from Tennis Australia, Tennis West (winner of 2022 Best Club Coaching program in Western Australia), and the Department of Sport & Recreation.
Tennis Factory is based at 3 venues in Perth, Western Australia – Onslow Park TC, East Fremantle LTC and Peppermint Grove TC. We are looking for a coach for a minimum of 6 to 12 months. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great team of coaches, to learn and work within one of Australia’s leading tennis programs, and live/holiday in Australia’s sunniest capital where the outdoor life is second to none.
For the successful applicant, there is an opportunity for a visa sponsorship to stay long-term permanently.
We are looking for a professional coach who is passionate about the game and who is looking to experience tennis coaching in Australia. We have a great team culture amongst our staff so the successful applicant must work well with others.
You will be responsible for your own groups and individual lessons so we would expect that you have good organisation and lesson planning skills. A passion for developing players and a great attitude to life and to not take yourself too seriously are also great attributes we and our customers are looking for.
