Head of Luton Parks Tennis
This can be full or part-time position based within an established multi-club programme in South Oxfordshire.
The programmes see over 250 weekly players across three well-established tennis clubs, all in close proximity (within 15 min drive time). The successful candidate will support the Programme Manager.
Responsibilities at Portcullis Tennis Club in Wallingford and Boundary Park, Didcot, Sports Park.
The successful coach will work within a team to support the delivery and development of the largest and most successful programmes in Oxfordshire.
On-court delivery consists of a current well established programme at two venues, seeing over 250 weekly players. Delivery includes: LTA Youth Start, mini/junior groups, adult groups of all levels and individuals tuition.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver an individual coaching business alongside delivering a group coaching programme. The successful candidate will quickly build a minimum of 10 hours of regular individual coaching sessions, which will be supported with marketing by NTA.
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.

The successful applicant will ideally be an LTA Accredited Level 3 coach or above and have:
On-Court:
A minimum 2 years experience as an Accredited LTA Coach, tailoring sessions to cater to a range of skill levels, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of all participants by adhering to safeguarding policies and promoting a positive and inclusive sporting environment.
Off-Court Responsibilities:
Strong planning skills to develop and execute long-term visions for programme growth.
Ability to engage with NTA management, Schools, Parents.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to problem solve.
