The Role
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Head Coach to lead and expand our coaching programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach who is passionate about player development and wants to be a key part of an ambitious and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Development: Design and implement structured coaching programmes for juniors and adults, ensuring clear player pathways.
Coaching Delivery: Deliver high-quality group and individual coaching sessions, inspiring players of all ages and abilities.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and oversee assistant and junior coaches as the programme grows.
Business Growth: Work closely with the owner to scale the coaching business, improve retention, and attract new players.
Club Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, parents, and local schools to grow participation.
Competitions & Events: Organise match play, fun tournaments, and LTA initiatives such as Play Your Way to Wimbledon.

About Go Tennis
Go Tennis is a growing coaching business dedicated to delivering high-quality tennis programmes for juniors and adults. We aim to make tennis more accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for all players, from beginners to performance-level athletes. With thriving venues in Fernhurst and Grayshott, we are looking for a Head Coach to take our programme to the next level and help scale the business.
Who We’re Looking For:
LTA Level 3 or above (or working towards Level 4).
A strong track record of delivering engaging, high-quality coaching sessions.
Experience managing coaching programmes and developing player pathways.
Ambition to grow and scale a coaching business.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A passion for making tennis fun and accessible to all players.
LTA Accreditation with a DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding certification (or willingness to obtain).
