We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 or higher LTA-accredited coach to join our team at STGHLTC. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching sessions for members of all ages and abilities.This includes working with juniors in our expanding junior programme and adult members. A minimum number of hours of coaching will be available, Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Deliver group and individual coaching sessions in line with the club's coaching programme.
Support the development of junior and adult players, guiding them on their tennis journey.
Provide feedback to players and maintain excellent communication with members, parents, and the wider coaching team.
Assist with the organisation of club events and competitions where required.
Contribute to the ongoing success is STGHLTC’s coaching programme and uphold the club's high standards.

STGHLTC is one of the most exclusive private members clubs in the UK, based inside the world famous St George’s Hill private estate. The club boasts a total of 34 courts including 13 grass courts, 11 floodlit all weather courts and two indoor hard courts.

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of LTA Level 3 Coach qualification.
Experience in player development at all levels of the game from mini-tennis upwards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work as part of an experienced team.
Professional, Proactive and reliable are key strengths for the candidate.
