We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-driven self-employed Coach to expand our coaching programmes at our venues across Cambridgeshire.

We are seeking a passionate and qualified LTA Accredited Tennis Coach (Level 2 and above) for a full-time position at Game Set Tennis to deliver high-quality tennis coaching and contribute to the growth of tennis within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Court Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and dynamic tennis coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels.
- Deliver group and individual coaching sessions.
- Develop and maintain personal school/club links to enhance community outreach and participation.

All venues we coach at are friendly and inclusive clubs and welcome players of all ages and abilities.

We have a thriving coaching programme of over 250 juniors and adults, run across a number of venues in Cambridgeshire, including Cambourne Tennis Club, one of the biggest clubs in the county.

You will be working alongside the Head Coach who has recently won County Coach of the Year and is extremely passionate about coach development, having already steered a number of coaches through their LTA Qualifications. We also offer financial support to develop your coaching career!

- Experience as an Accredited LTA Coach.
- Ability to tailor sessions to cater to a range of skill levels, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of all participants by adhering to safeguarding policies and promoting a positive and inclusive sporting environment.
