Padel Coach


This is a 20hr role, with the majority of the work being on-court.
You will be required to work reception and fulfil administration duties as part of the team.
Duties :-
- Help and support Head Coach with Smashers programme.
- Facilitate Padel in club social sessions, and also deliver coaching sessions within our coaching programme.
- Work with your team to develop initiatives to recruit new customers and create an event calendar that supports maximising court usage.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including community groups, employees, tennis Wales, LTA and Smash Padel management to ensure the facilities and Padel programme continue to grow and improve.

Our bespoke Smashers programme is designed for children 4yrs and upwards, with a purposeful structure, to not only help improve a child's ABC's in a fun environment, but to create an environment where we can lead a player through the pathway in this exciting sport, to help achieve their goals.
We have a team that will introduce you to the sport, create weekly sessions and special events for all to take part in, and have lot's of fun!
