In order to be a self-employed tennis coach as David Lloyd Clubs we are looking for people who have a friendly and engaging personality, a clear passion and love for the game and of course you will need to hold the relevant tennis qualifications as set out below:
- Tennis Coach: LTA Level 3 and above & Accreditation +

David Lloyd Worthing offers exceptional facilities, including 5 premium indoor carpet courts and 2 outdoor courts, ideal for year-round coaching. The venue also features a versatile multi-purpose hall, a state-of-the-art gym, spa facilities, and both indoor and outdoor pools, providing a comprehensive fitness and wellness experience.
Our racquets community is large, vibrant, and active, with a diverse range of programmed activities running daily. There is no shortage of opportunity for a coach to immerse themselves in a growing programme!
We are looking for an experienced and driven Level 3 tennis coach to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching at our club. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading both group and individual sessions, committed to player development, and eager to grow their coaching career.
Key Requirements:
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Punctuality and professionalism
• Ability to coach players of all ages and abilities
• Level 3 qualification
Role Details:
• Delivering group sessions across juniors and adults
• Building and maintaining a private lesson client base
• Working hours include weekends and evenings
